Christmas is here :-(

I love christmas, don t take me wrong, I do, but in the town where we live it has become a wee bit ridiculous as the christmas lights go on sooner and sooner....  here is an article from the BBC which confirms what I am saying:

The smell of Hallowe'en fireworks still lingers on the breeze but already the people of Ballymena are preparing for the next big date in the calendar - Christmas.

Whether your reaction to that is Yippee! or Bah Humbug!, it means the County Antrim town is the first in the UK to open up for  for the season of goodwill.
